The World Peace & Prosperity Foundation is student-founded. We audit the public drug-discovery databases in the open and publish what we find, query and caveats attached, then teach students in grades 6–12 to do the same. In atopic dermatitis, the targets with the strongest human genetic evidence are the ones nobody is building drugs against.

The problem
Immune-driven disease is common, chronic, and expensive to live with.
Allergies and eczema touch a third of American households. Care is mostly symptomatic, repeated monthly, and priced for those who can afford it. The pipeline that could change that takes a decade and billions of dollars per drug.

AI finds the candidates faster. We insist they be durable and affordable before anything else.
Prevent, don't just treat
Most immune-driven disease is managed flare by flare, year after year. The upstream drivers are where human genetic evidence is strongest and public data richest, so that is where our audits look.
Long-lasting by design
A treatment that must be re-bought every month is a subscription, not a cure. When we audit a disease we record which well-evidenced targets point at durable mechanisms and which only manage symptoms, because almost nobody tabulates that.
Affordable from day one
Everything we publish is free to read, reuse and re-run: public data, free tools, CC BY 4.0, no paywall and no login. We cannot set the price of a medicine. We can refuse to put our own work behind a gate.

Open Evidence Audits
We take one disease at a time, pull every target and every drug programme for it out of the public databases, and check whether the drugs the industry is actually building line up with the strongest human evidence. In atopic dermatitis they do not, and that is a result anyone can reproduce in an afternoon.

Open Bench · Drug discovery school
We teach drug discovery to twelve-year-olds.
Drug discovery is taught to graduate students because the field assumes you need a lab. You no longer do. Open Bench is a free eight-unit course that takes a middle or high school student from “what is a disease” to a ranked list of real drug targets they produced themselves.
Every lesson plan is published. Every tool is free. Students who finish are trained to teach the next cohort, so the course outlives whoever wrote it.

WPPF was founded by two brothers who saw, from hospital corridors and community kitchens, that prevention is a privilege it should not be. They are students. They are also already a track record.

From first dataset to first candidate.
Foundation year — and what is still open
- Publish the curriculum and the first evidence audit. Done: Open Bench v1.0 in October, and dossier OB-D-001, now with its reviewers.
- Run the first Open Bench session. Not done. The curriculum has been public since October and no cohort has started — this is the thing we are behind on, and the sessions page shows a held count of zero rather than hiding it.
- Get OB-D-001 signed off by its named reviewers, or publish the reasons it was not.
Work other people can use
- Complete 501(c)(3) determination and publish the governance documents.
- Publish two further audits, each reproducible from public data by anyone with a laptop.
- Release the audit code with its pinned data version, so any result here can be reproduced years from now.
Not planned in detail, on purpose
- Both founders are students, and we are not going to publish a five-year plan we cannot staff. What happens after 2027 depends on whether the work above turns out to be any good.
- If a laboratory ever wants to test a case we have built, the experiment would be theirs. We have no bench and do not intend to build one.
- Keep Open Bench running past the founders’ own schooling, or wind it down honestly rather than leave a dead site up.
